Cancellation Policy
Clients must confirm their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments not confirmed by the client will be canceled.
Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. After the grace period has ended, the appointment will be canceled and a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file.
Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
